Overview
This release introduces a broad set of platform enhancements focused on usability, performance, and operational insight. Key additions include time zone -aware automation scheduling, in -app version update notifications, the Outlook integration gains a “Reply with SIYA” shortcut for faster, context-aware email responses. On the analytics side, trend charts have been added to the Lub Oil Analysis dashboard. PMS now introduces a compliance KPI to keep Grace Period and Deferred jobs below 3% of total jobs, while Purchase gains PR summaries, Critical / Urgent filter tabs, and customizable column ordering — both modules benefiting from progressive loading for improved fleet - scale performance, in -app version update notifications for Mobile App.New Features / Improvements
- Time zone-Aware Automation Scheduling — Automations now support per-user time zones with conflict detection. Next-run times are calculated in the user’s local time zone and displayed live on automation cards for complete scheduling clarity.
- Reply with SIYA (Outlook Mail Composer) — Added Reply with SIYA to the AI Refine menu in Outlook for faster context-aware email replies.
- Automation tasks Tab included — An AI task tab is now included now to enable the user to check track and refine all the automation task set up by him for SIYA.
- Trend Charts for Machinery Lubrication - Enhanced the Machinery Lubrication Analysis dashboard by adding trend charts for viscosity, water content, base number, and iron.
- Enhancements in PMS Dashboard
- Added a new highlighter to indicate the number of overdue deferred jobs (on the Deferred Jobs card).
- Added a compliance tracker (as a KPI card) for Grace Period and Deferred jobs, to ensure they remain below 3% of overall PMS jobs.
- Changes in Purchase Dashboard
- Added a “PR Summary” field to provide a concise, one-line overview of each Purchase Requisition.
- Introduced new filter tabs for Critical and Urgent items. Urgent is automatically synced from Shippalm priority status, while Critical reflects items manually flagged by the user.
- Added multiple editable fields, allowing direct updates and tracking of specific maintenance requirements within the dashboard. Also, Columns can now be reordered to suit the workflow, with layout preferences automatically saved for the next session.
- Enhancement to Rightship Inspection
- Next Inspection KPI card now calculates due dates using phase-based logic (vessel age + delivery date) instead of relying solely on the Rightship validity text field.
- Common Micro App Enhancements
- Implemented a progress bar with progressive loading to improve performance and visibility when loading large fleets.
- The “Select Vessel/Fleet” tab was redesigned into a grouped accordion dropdown. All Sections are now segregated into collapsible sections — My Vessels, Custom Groups, DOC, Fleet, and Owner.
- App Version Management & Update Notifications (Mobile App)
- The app now detects newer versions and notifies users with direct links to the App Store (iOS) and Play Store (Android) for quick updates.
- New Email Alerts added - A New email Allert is now included to remind the TSI, MSI and QSHE Superintendent on 3 monthly lifeboat routines. Reminder mails Sent 20 days, 10 days, on the due date and as Overdue. This mail is send as and when the particular reminder falls due.
