Overview
This release delivers enhancements across PMS, Defect & Inspection modules, and new Micro App features. New features include PMS Dashboard improvements with Critical/Non-Critical job filters and Grace Date integration from Shippalm V3, VIR & IA App overdue calculation enhancements, IA Module audit timeline improvements for ISM and ISPS inspection types, a new RightShip Micro App with safety scores and GHG ratings, Four more Class Society rules and requirements inclusion.New Features / Improvements
- PMS Dashboard: New enhancements to job filtering and Grace Date visibility
- Added new filter tabs above the table, allowing users to quickly toggle between Critical and Non-Critical jobs.
- Integrated the “Grace Date” from Shippalm V3 for all non-critical, calendar-based jobs. Users can now view the Grace Date alongside the Actual Due Date with the concerned overdue days.
- VIR & IA Modules: Overdue calculation logic added — Added Overdue calculation logic in both VIR and IA modules. This overdue information has been integrated into the Inspection History Table and KPI cards to improve visibility of overdue or pending Observations in VIRs.
- IA Module: Enhanced ISM and ISPS audit timeline calculation — Enhanced IA logic for ISM and ISPS inspection by updating the audit timeline calculation. The system now calculates a 5-year renewal cycle based on Class External Audit timeline, Ensuring internal audit compliance as per ISM code and SMS. This update ensures better visibility of the full audit schedule and improves long-term tracking, planning, and compliance monitoring.
- RightShip Micro App Added: New RightShip microapp with comprehensive dashboard for Dry Fleet Ships - Safety scores, GHG ratings, and inspection validity alerts across your fleet in a single dashboard. This Includes findings (risk-coded High/Medium/Low), clickable KPI cards that drill into vessel lists, and a safety score breakdown panel per vessel. A Historical observations chart lets you explore findings across all past inspections by section, and a toggle between your vessels and the full fleet.
- Defects Monitoring App: The Actual status of Individual VIR observations is now calculated and shown — The Status of Individual Open observations is now calculated Based on target date. The status is now shown as Open or Overdue accordingly. Also Links to the individual observations in Shippalm V3 are included.
- Document Manager: Four more Classification Societies Rules included — Four more Classification Societies Rules and Guidance have been included in the Class / IACS Rules and Requirements Section.
